October 3, 2016 Update

Hi!

I hope everyone had a chance to meet Coach McKinnon at our table on Club Day!  Conditioning will need to start one week later as I was instructed to get all of you to sign your waivers for participation AND have a parent meeting since this is more than just an average club!!

I will be typing up a parent letter (and will post it here) with the details of the parent meeting and if you want to drop by my room to pick up a waiver, please feel free starting after third period.

IF you want to start conditioning on your own this week, our goal is to get 2 miles in per day.  You can walk or run but track your time and try to improve it by Friday/Saturday.

One of the key skills every lacrosse player needs is stamina and endurance.  My goal is to get everyone to a 5k under 45 minutes by mid November.

If you are having fun at lunch and playing, please PLEASE PLEASE no physical contact with each other. Toss the ball, play catch, etc.
