2. USCB Men's Lacrosse Tourney this weekend...not going as a group but feel free to attend on your own.
3. Need drivers for the next UCSB women's tourney (11/20)
4. Next meeting you will need to pick up forms packet (forms for participation, physical, parent drivers, etc)
5. Need fundraising ideas and coordinators
6. Suggestions for accountability and playing time once "season" actually starts
7. Next meeting is November 17, 2016

October 3, 2016 Update

Hi!

I hope everyone had a chance to meet Coach McKinnon at our table on Club Day!  Conditioning will need to start one week later as I was instructed to get all of you to sign your waivers for participation AND have a parent meeting since this is more than just an average club!!

I will be typing up a parent letter (and will post it here) with the details of the parent meeting and if you want to drop by my room to pick up a waiver, please feel free starting after third period.

IF you want to start conditioning on your own this week, our goal is to get 2 miles in per day.  You can walk or run but track your time and try to improve it by Friday/Saturday.

One of the key skills every lacrosse player needs is stamina and endurance.  My goal is to get everyone to a 5k under 45 minutes by mid November.

If you are having fun at lunch and playing, please PLEASE PLEASE no physical contact with each other. Toss the ball, play catch, etc.
